Outreach Incorporated concentrates on the business of affordable housing. It is the only non-profit, licensed homebuilder in Birmingham currently able to address a broad spectrum of affordable housing needs -- the construction of new homes and rental units, redevelopment of condemned and abandoned houses and repair of owner-occupied sub-standard homes.

Outreach currently offices out of Woodlawn United Methodist Church. OI's offices have multiplied in size compared to its beginnings in the back porch of the Dominick Family. OI occupies the 3rd floor of the administrative building, where you will mainly find our staff. YouthWorks, Inc. shares the 3rd floor office space and partners with Outreach. Woodlawn United Methodist Church is a small community of very active individuals who are committed to giving back to their community.
